Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator
for night shifts to enhance our dynamic nursing team. Located at
state-of-the-art facilities, this role is essential in managing
nursing operations, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered in
a supportive and efficient environment. The Nurse Coordinator will
collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maintain
excellent standards of care, tailored to meet the needs of
individual patients. Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing
staff during night shifts to ensure patient care meets the required
standards. Implement and review healthcare practices, managing any
needed adjustments during shift operations. Provide direct care
when needed, assessing and responding to patient needs quickly and
effectively. Maintain communication with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams, ensuring continuity and quality of care. Educate
and mentor staff nurses, assisting in their professional
development and ensuring adherence to HCA Healthcare policies.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
