for nighttime shifts to join our dynamic team. This role demands a

throughout the night shift. Oversee and coordinate the nursing
staff during night shifts Ensure high standards of patient care and
safety Manage patient records and documentation Administer
medication and treatments according to physician orders Respond to
medical emergencies with precision Coordinate with other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes Participate in the
training and professional development of nursing staff Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in EMR systems Ability to work
effectively under pressure Critical thinking and problem-solving
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
