Coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients in the behavioral health unit. Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare maintenance. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide top-quality care. Manage administrative tasks such as record keeping and patient documentation.
