Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time social
worker position is available in Summerville, SC, supporting an
elementary school serving approximately 800 students. This role
offers an opportunity to provide essential social work services
within a school setting, assisting students in overcoming social,
emotional, and behavioral challenges to promote their academic and
personal success. Responsibilities: - Deliver social work services
to students, including counseling, crisis intervention, and case
management. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
to develop and implement individual support plans. - Address the
social and emotional needs of elementary-aged children. - Maintain
confidential records and documentation in compliance with school
policies. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to a
positive school environment. Qualifications: - Masters degree in
Social Work (required). - Valid social work licensure. - Experience
working in school social work preferred. - Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills. - Ability to work part-time,
approximately 10-15 hours per week (1-2 days). Location and
Schedule: - Position based in Summerville, South Carolina. -
Part-time contract role supporting an elementary school. - Start
date as soon as possible through May 29, 2026. This role is ideal
