Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time Social
Worker opportunity is available within an elementary school setting
in Charleston, SC, serving approximately 800 students with the
potential to support an additional school. This role is contracted
for the current school year, from the start date as soon as
possible through May 29, 2026, requiring 1-2 days per week and
7.5-15 hours weekly. Responsibilities include providing social work
services in a school environment, addressing the social and
emotional needs of elementary-aged students, collaborating with
educational staff, families, and community resources, and
supporting student well-being and academic success. This position
is ideal for candidates licensed to practice school social work who
hold a Master's degree in Social Work. Desired qualifications: -
Valid school social work license - Masters degree in Social Work -
Experience or strong interest in elementary school social work -
Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work collaboratively
with educators, families, and support staff - Flexibility to
support possibly more than one school within the district This role
offers part-time hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful

with 0 to 10 years of relevant school social work experience are
