LEADS: 300-400 new leads every month + an existing database of 25,000, which you gain access to on your first day!

SYSTEMS/TECHNOLOGY: We are tech-driven and believe in efficiency in our systems so that you can have consistency in your approach and in your results.

TRAINING: Daily Training at noon during our Daily Huddle, Individual Training Weekly, Group Training Weekly, Mastermind Calls w/ Top Agents across the Country 3x/month - all included at no cost.

SUPPORT: Inside Sales Agents set appointments for you, an Account Manager handles all administrative parts of the process for you (from listing entry to closing coordination), a Team Assistant helps you with mundane activities to help keep you focused on producing income, and Brian Beatty is your coach!

Responsibilities:

Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes


Qualifications:

Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Show good organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Technology driven
