Job Description:
Experienced Customer Service Representative needed for Insurance
Company that deals with Bail Bonds. Candidates MUST HAVE impeccable
and top-notch customer service skills.

Duties:
--- Answer multi-line phone system and speak with Bail Bonds
--- Perform daily data entry in our database system
--- Scan and file documentation
--- Open, replace, and copy reports daily (mail)
--- Generate UPS mailings
--- Will be typing up to 50 Bench Warrants daily-only speak with
Bail Bonds/not Defendants
Qualifications:
--- Strong Attention to Detail
--- Ability to multi-task
--- Ability to operate calculator, copy machine/scanner/fax/postage
machine
--- Team Player
--- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
--- Excellent customer service skills and Dependability
*Schedule is 4pm-12am (4 days on, 2 days off) Will work weekends
and Holidays
