Responsibilities:
--- 1-on-1 Coaching for our Top Agents
--- High-Level admin support including Listing and Closing coordinators
--- Marketing team to help you grow your business
--- Appointments set for you by our ISA team
--- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
--- Act as an intermediary between your buyer and the other agents and sellers
--- Provide world-class customer service to buyers
--- Determine needs while building rapport
--- Follow up with the client to ensure perfect customer service
--- Use active listing skills to help find the buyers find a home to their needs
--- "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
--- Listing and Closing Coordinators to help you grow your business

Qualifications:
--- The candidate must have an ACTIVE Real Estate license or Enroll Now!
--- Full-Time agents only
--- 2-7 Years of Real Estate experience preferred
--- Professional Appearance
--- Strong communication skills
--- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
--- High energy and lots of passion
--- Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
--- Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
--- Thrives in a true team environment
--- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
--- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
