Graduate of high school or GED equivalency examination. - Possess ability to understand and implement a variety of detailed instructions in the execution of processes. - Applicant must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. - Basic computer skills required. - Within 12 months, employee must successfully obtain certification in sterile processing from IAHCSMM [International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management].
