In this role, you will follow all work instructions, equipment operating procedures, quality standards, and safety rules/guidelines while participating in a collaborative, team environment to achieve company goals. --Must be willing to work rotating shifts in the 24x7 operation. --Offers company benefits, vacation, and 401K match.Job Description--- Operation and Control of Process Equipment such as: Reactors, Dryers, Hoppers, Packaging Technology, Valves, Vents, etc.--- Follow Batch Sheet SOP's in accordance with variables: Cycle Time, Temperature, Flow Rate, Weight and Raw Materials--- Direct processes through Computer and Control Room Operation--- Maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA, PSM and Quality Standards--- Loading/ staging raw materials to production equipment and production areas--- Quality Control Sampling of in process materials--- Weighing operations to include Gross vs Net weight--- Packaging of intermediates and final product through the operation of automated and manual production equipmentQualifications--- Chemical Process: 2 years (Preferred)--- Chemical Reactor: 1 year (Preferred)--- ISO documentation: 1 year (Preferred)--- 1 Year Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)--- Follow OSHA standards for wearing a respirator--- Basic Computer Skills - i.e. Word, Excel (Preferred)--- Previous Forklift Experience (Preferred)--- Ability to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future
