Job Description SummaryMUSC Health is seeking a highly skilled
and compassionate Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our dynamic
transplant team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to
work alongside a multidisciplinary team and utilize your
specialized knowledge to optimize medication therapy for patients

position will have the opportunity to rotate through both inpatient
and outpatient patient care areas in the liver, kidney, heart, and
lung transplant populations. To excel in this role, you must
possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and have completed a PGY2
residency in transplant or have equivalent clinical experience. If

Additional Job DescriptionMinimum Training and Education: Doctor of
Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Completion of a
pharmacy residency preferred.
Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Licensed as a
Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers
