Your Role as a Groundskeeper
As a Groundskeeper you will work closely with the Community
Service Manager in completing tasks that ensure the community meets
appearance and operational standards established by the
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness and
curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities,
building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other
common areas of the community.
The Groundskeeper may also assist in the preparation of vacant
apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident
requests for service as directed by the Service Manager.

To be successful in this role you must be able to:
Use various hand tools and test equipment
Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels
Lift up to 100 pounds
Climb ladders of up to 40 feet in height
Use a hand-truck
