Quality Inspection Operator-1st shift

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Work closely with our Buyer and Supplier Quality teams to ensure
incoming components and related material, meet out quality
standards. You will ensure all FDA requirements have been met, in
order to release our components and materials to the warehouse.
Role with sit in our Belle Vernon location.
You are responsible for
- The inspection and testing of incoming components and related
materials, used in the manufacturing and packaging of Philips
- Executing material movements in SAP and perform other Quality
Control related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Following FDA and ISO requirements within the regulated
- Correctly completing inspection and test documentation within
- Sorting non-conforming material and deciding on
- Understanding and adequately following the document control
system, as it pertains to engineering drawings.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills
- High School Diploma or GED (REQUIRED)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or
- Experience working with a Tier 1 ERP system ( SAP a plus)
- Ability to recognize problems/defects and providing feedback to
all levels of production, quality and engineering personnel
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading, math, written skills and
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in
- This position requires frequent standing on a continuous basis
in order to move efficiently to other work areas, frequent lifting
up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, ability to
reach, and ability to use fine manipulation skills.
- Prior inspection experience utilizing test and measurement
equipment and sampling plans (preferred)
- Experience with printed circuit board inspection standards
