full?time W?2 Class A CDL drivers based in Goose Creek, SC.
Candidates may include recent CDL graduates and drivers with
limited professional driving experience. Positions are available
across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with operations
primarily east of I?35. The company provides steady freight,
reliable home time, late?model equipment, and comprehensive
benefits beginning on day one. Employment type: Full?time W?2 with
year?round freight and consistent schedules. Pay: Competitive
weekly pay range of $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay based on experience
and route). Pay issued weekly via direct deposit. Equipment:
Assigned late?model tractors (2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth).

safe tractor?trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting,
pre?trip/post?trip inspections, and company procedures. Progress is
evaluated through supervised driving and competency assessments
prior to independent assignments. Typical freight and equipment
No?touch dry van freight; approximately 70% drop?and?hook for major
customers across the Eastern U.S. Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner
or Kenworth tractors. Primary responsibilities Safely operate a
Class A tractor?trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and
company policies. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries,
maintaining on?time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip
reports, and DVIRs. Perform and document daily pre?trip and
post?trip inspections; report vehicle defects and safety concerns
promptly. Secure freight and ensure proper handling to prevent
damage. Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow assigned
routing and scheduling. Adhere to hours?of?service rules and
company safety procedures. Qualifications Class A CDL holders are
sought; recent CDL graduates and candidates with limited
professional driving experience are encouraged to apply. Eligible
candidates for the paid training program must meet the minimum
instruction requirement (at least 120 hours). Ability to meet DOT
and company background, safety, and drug screening
requirements.
