Support Services Supervisor at Labcorp summary: Supervisor
responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics and courier
operations at a LabCorp branch, including staffing, route/schedule
optimization, vendor coordination, vehicle/fleet management,
budgeting, reporting, training, and performance management. Role
requires 3 years relevant experience, a valid driver’s license,
supervisory skills, strong communication and computer proficiency,
and familiarity with laboratory operations preferred. Schedule is
primarily Monday–Friday evenings with additional hours as needed;

is seeking a Support Services Supervisor to join our team. This
position, you will work in a fast paced, customer focused, and

Monday – Friday 11:30am - 8:30pm, additional days and hours may be
required Job Duties/Responsibilities Supervise the day to day
operations of the logistics team Manage the performance of all
couriers using established performance metrics Implement and review
courier routes and schedules to increase efficiencies Ensure
department is properly staffed with the ability to cover all
necessary routes Establish relationships with outside logistics
vendors to obtain coverage when needed Generate and review
daily/weekly reports and escalate any issues to leadership Ensure
entire logistics staff is properly trained and any performance
issues are addressed Meet regularly with direct reports to provide
coaching and feedback for their development Address and resolve
both internal and external client issues Maintain and monitor
department spend to ensure proper budget allocation Manage and
maintain branch vehicles according to Corporate Fleet standards
Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
Responsible for administering and managing policies and procedures
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Associates or higher is preferred
Valid drivers license 3 years of relevant experience; preferably in
a clinical laboratory Prior supervisory or leadership experience is
preferred. Familiarity with laboratory operations as well as
policies and procedures are preferred. Strong computer skills and
working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent communication
skills; both written and verbal High level of attention to detail
with strong organizational and prioritization skills Strong
critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisions in a
fast-paced environment. Ability to handle the physical requirements
of the position. Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20
