Job Description Job Description Counter Warehouse Associate Job Description This position combines customer service at the showroom counter with warehouse responsibilities, including sales, order fulfillment, forklift operating, and inventory management. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments. Pull orders and prepare outbound shipments. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Keep accurate inventory records. Perform showroom counter sales and assist customers. Handle money and process sales transactions accurately. Utilize basic computer skills for order entry and inventory tracking. Follow instructions and company procedures. Essential Skills Inventory management. Customer service. Counter sales. Forklift operation. Order picking. Sales and money handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Retail and warehouse experience. Forklift and order fulfillment experience. Expect frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, along with operating forklifts. The schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Engage in regular customer contact at the counter and collaborate with warehouse staff. Adherence to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE when required is mandatory. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Savannah, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr.
