Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Litigation Legal Assistant job in Charleston, SC. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!Responsibilities for this Litigation Legal Assistant job include:* Provide a high level of administrative support and assistance to a litigation tea* Willing to jump in and take charge as no two days will be the same* Preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and discovery* Assist with billing/client invoices, maintaining attorney calendars, opening new client/matter engagements* Performing additional duties as needed.Qualifications:* 5 years of strong litigation experience and stellar administrative support skills* High attention to detail* Prioritize and adjust as new needs come up* High level of professionalism and communication* Support multiple attorneys means being quick to re-prioritize when needed* 5 years of prior State and Federal litigation experience is required.* Experience with a document management system, docketing system, billing and time entry programs is strongly preferred.* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, a strong hold on technology, and the ability to thoroughly proofread is a must.Great opportunity!
