Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and
supporting our company's computer systems, including servers,
hardware, and software. Additionally, you will provide support for
our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) used in our factory. The
ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and
experience in network administration, system analysis, and
troubleshooting, as well as experience working with MES
systems.Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain
hardware and software systems.Manage and maintain server and
network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and
firewalls.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
to end-users.Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and
uptime of systems.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure
alignment with business objectives and optimal use of
technology.Conduct system analysis to identify areas for
improvement and develop solutions to address them.Develop and
maintain system documentation, including procedures, manuals, and
configuration files.Manage system backups and ensure data
protection and recovery.Manage and support the MES system used in
our factory, including troubleshooting, user training, and system
upgrades.Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for
improvement in MES system performance and implement solutions to
address them.Develop and maintain MES system documentation,
including user manuals, system configurations, and standard
operating procedures.Provide technical support for Microsoft Office
Suite, Windows, and other applications used in the production
environment.Participate in IT project planning and implementation,
including hardware and software upgrades, system integrations, and
migration Requirements:
Strong knowledge of server and
network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and
firewalls.Experience in managing and maintaining virtualization
systems, including VMware and Hyper-V.Familiarity with Microsoft
Office Suite, Windows, and other applications used in the
company.Experience in supporting and maintaining MES systems in a
manufacturing environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability
to identify and resolve technical issues.Experience in developing
and maintaining system documentation, including procedures,
manuals, and configuration files.Knowledge of industry standards,
regulations, and best practices related to system administration
