Shift Lead – Coastal Car Wash (Pawleys Island, SC) Coastal Car
Wash, a sister company of Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan, is a
state-of-the-art car wash located in Pawleys Island, SC . We’re
currently seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead who must be 18 years or
older and available to work weekday afternoons, evenings, and
weekends on a rotating schedule. We’re looking for a dependable and
motivated leader with prior management or supervisory experience
who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment . Car wash
experience is not required —we’ll provide full training! Coastal
Car Wash is family-owned and dedicated to delivering the best
customer experience possible in a clean, fun, and energetic
workplace. Responsibilities: Lead and support team members during
assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations. Guide cars into
the wash area with a focused and friendly demeanor. Ensure all
employees follow proper procedures and safety guidelines. Handle
customer questions or concerns professionally to ensure
satisfaction. Assist with daily equipment checks and maintenance to
keep everything in top working order. Maintain cleanliness and
organization of the property, including vacuums and trash areas.
Communicate effectively with management about staffing,
maintenance, or customer issues. Perform other duties as assigned
to support overall operations. Requirements: Previous management or
leadership experience is required. Must be available to work
weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends . Full-time position
with flexible scheduling (Monday–Saturday 7 AM–8 PM; Sunday 9 AM–8
PM). Must be 18 years or older. Must pass a drug test and
background check . Able to stand, crouch, and walk for long periods
and work in all weather conditions. Able to lift up to 50 pounds .
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable transportation
