As a Cafe Team Member at Dutch Bros Coffee, you'll be an integral part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team committed to providing fast, friendly service in our dynamic drive-through environment. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, prepare custom drinks, and maintain a clean and inviting outlet. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to Dutch Bros standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe and back storage areas. Engage with customers, taking orders and offering recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic mathematical and cash handling skills Familiarity with espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Food Handler's Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
