Specialty: Family Medicine Can take ABIM or ABFM Coverage Needs : Need 6/22- Ongoing Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Needing 4 days per week of coverage Setting: Outpatient facility Will see ages 12+ (mostly older population) EMR: ECW Census: average 20 pts per day Support Staff: CMA and full office staff Sole provider Procedures: All bread and Butterprimarycare Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Facility will cover Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding Requirements: Active SCstate license Active DEA in SCor willing to transfer BLS
