Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: CNOR Preferred Must-Have: - Level II or Level I Trauma Experience - Ability to circulate all service lines, including incoming traumas Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. The unit has 30 ORs with a patient ratio of 1:1. Staffing includes OR RNs, Surgical Techs, OR Care Techs, Schedulers, and Anesthesia Techs. Various equipment is utilized in the Operating Room. The documentation system in use is Epic. The scheduling requirement is for a night shift block schedule with no call and no weekends. Experience working with Level II or Level I Trauma patients is essential. Staff members report a supportive management and a family-like atmosphere. Opportunities for growth are available within the unit. All service lines are handled in this unit, which includes handling incoming traumas. Dress code requires navy scrubs that are home laundered.
