Job Description:

At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Technologist to join our team. The PET Technologist will be responsible for operating PET imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images. Our technologists are crucial in providing care that aligns with our mission to improve human life. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and compassionate patient interaction. Operate PET imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images accurately. Prepare and administer radioactive drugs for imaging procedures. Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety regulations. Collaborate with medical teams to discuss imaging results. Proficiency in using PET imaging technology. Strong understanding of radiopharmaceuticals. Excellent patient management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a medical team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or similar certification. Compliance with all state and federal licensing requirements.
