Job Description:

a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Emergency Room (ER). This

departments. The Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining
clinical and staff standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and
enhancing patient outcomes through strategic workflow management
and team leadership. With our vast network of healthcare

lives in our dynamic ER environments. Oversee daily operations of
the ER nursing staff and patient care. Implement and evaluate
policies to ensure patient safety and compliance with healthcare
regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
streamline care processes. Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and
professional development of nursing personnel. Analyze patient
feedback and department performance metrics to drive continuous
improvement. Coordinate with the medical staff to manage patient
flow and optimize service delivery. Advanced knowledge of emergency
room processes and procedures. Strong leadership qualities and
ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Excellent organizational
and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using healthcare software
and patient management systems. Effective communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred: Certified Emergency
Nurse (CEN) certification.
