Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for night
shifts, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional
patient care and operational efficiency. Your primary
responsibility will be to coordinate nursing staff activities and
patient management throughout the night. You will ensure that
high-quality care is consistently delivered in accordance with our
principles of compassion and commitment to improvement of human
life. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with a
team of skilled healthcare professionals in a supportive and
dynamic environment. Supervise and organize the nursing staff
during night shifts. Ensure all patients receive appropriate care
promptly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
maintain continuity of patient care. Implement patient safety and
risk management protocols. Assist in the development and training
of staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to
handle high-stress situations Proficient in electronic health
record (EHR) systems Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
