working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Savannah,
Georgia, 31419! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2
years of recent PCU experience or 1 year PCU with 1 years of
Telemetry, Emergency Room, or Intensive Care Unit experience
License: Must have a valid nursing license Certifications: ACLS,
BLS Must-Have: Minimum of 2 years of recent Progressive Care Unit
experience or 1 year of Progressive Care Unit experience with 1
years of Telemetry, Emergency Room, or Intensive Care Unit
experience. Successfully completed at least 1 previous travel
assignment. References should be from recent assignments.
Description: Unit Notes: The ratio is 1:4-5 and will adjust for
acuity. The position will work in a holding unit for patients.
Registered Nurses are required to read their own telemetry strips
and save them into the patient chart. Respiratory Therapy is
available 24/7 and handles all equipment related to ventilation,
including troubleshooting. Patients commonly present with cardiac,
neuro, orthopedic, and critical care conditions. Laboratory draws
will be performed by registered nurses, as there is no phlebotomy
available. Transport technicians work until 10 PM. Weekend
requirements include every other weekend. Holiday requirements will
be based on department needs. There is no call or standby
requirement. The dress code is navy scrubs. Department-specific
orientation occurs during the first week of the assignment.
Cancellation policy allows for 2 shifts per assignment. Charting
