Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's
Behavioral Health Nurse. This position is crucial in our mission to
deliver patient-centered medical care by addressing the unique
psychological and behavioral needs of children. At our facilities,
you will have the opportunity to connect with children and
families, providing critical support that promotes their overall
health and well-being. Assess and evaluate the mental health needs
of children and adolescents. Develop and implement comprehensive
treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Collaborate with
psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient care. Educate patients and their families on
behavioral health conditions and treatment plans. Provide crisis
intervention and support as needed. Maintain patient records and
document all care provided. Participate in training and research
activities to enhance service delivery. Strong psychiatric and
psychological knowledge pertaining to children. Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage stressful
situations and high-pressure environments. Proficient in using
medical software for patient records and telehealth services.

Training in behavioral health interventions.
