At MindPath Care Centers, a part of Community Psychiatry, we are committed to providing personalized outpatient mental health services through a unique hybrid model combining both in-person and virtual care interventions. We are currently seeking a qualified Outpatient Hybrid Psychiatrist to join our experienced team dedicated to transforming lives through comprehensive, empathetic care. The candidate will be integral in delivering high-quality therapy and medication management tailored to patient needs, driving proactive mental health outreach through innovative treatments, and collaborating on multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate holistic care models. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans in conjunction with the patient's comprehensive health team Provide both face-to-face and telepsychiatry sessions as part of a hybrid care model. Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring effects and making adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment approaches. Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining absolute confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in DSM-5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle a high case load while maintaining standards of care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry. Valid state medical license. DEA Registration.
