Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare
services, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate High Risk
Antepartum RN to join our team. In this role, you will specialize
in caring for pregnant women who have high-risk conditions during
their pregnancy. This position requires a highly skilled and
focused professional to administer care and make clinical judgments
that ensure the safety and well-being of both mothers and their
unborn babies. As a High Risk Antepartum RN, you will work in a
dynamic environment where you can truly make a difference in the
lives of our patients and their families. Provide comprehensive
care and close monitoring to high-risk pregnant women. Work closely
with obstetricians and midwives to develop individual care plans.
Educate and support patients and their families regarding high-risk
pregnancy conditions and management. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and monitor responses. Assess patient
health through diagnostics and clinical examinations. Document all
patient interactions and treatments accurately. Participate in
interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on maternal and fetal medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make
quick and accurate clinical decisions Proficient in using medical
software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Certification in
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS). Certification in Fetal Monitoring through the National
Certification Corporation (NCC) preferred.
