Provide immediate medical attention to patients in emergency situations, assessing conditions and implementing critical care procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications, maintain patient records, and operate medical equipment safely. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing compassionate support and information. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in emergency care Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare technology and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of employment BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association PALS certification preferred
