Job Description:

patient-centered medical care, is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Room. This role is
pivotal in ensuring effective management and operation within our
fast-paced ER environment, delivering exceptional nursing care
while coordinating clinical activities. As part of our dynamic
team, you will be working at the forefront of healthcare services,
enhancing our capacity to meet the acute needs of patients while
promoting HCA Healthcares mission to care for and improve human
life. Oversee patient care services and ensure adherence to
established standards. Coordinate daily operations in the emergency
room, manage staff schedules, and patient assignments. Implement
clinical protocols and healthcare standards in the emergency
department. Evaluate nursing practices, patient outcomes, and
ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Facilitate
interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient care and
treatment plans. Act as a key liaison between physicians, patients,
and other healthcare providers. Manage resources efficiently to
ensure prompt patient care. Participate in the mentoring and
training of new staff and ongoing education of existing staff.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical operations and
emergency response Ability to work under pressure in emergency
situations In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of practice Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certifications Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
preferred Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) preferred
