be considered. Provide specialized nursing care in a Level
IV/surgical Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, supporting
critically ill newborns with complex diagnoses. This contract
opportunity is set in North Metro, GA, offering a structured 7 pm
to 7 am every-other-week schedule that requires flexibility for
holiday shifts. Ideal candidates will have strong NICU experience
and the ability to adapt across multiple departments within the
hospital system. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver expert nursing
care to neonates with severe conditions such as congenital
diaphragmatic hernia, meconium aspiration syndrome, necrotizing
enterocolitis, and other critical diagnoses. - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams within the NICU and across related units to
ensure comprehensive patient care. - Support and participate in
cross-campus float assignments between the primary NICU and
satellite NICU units. - Adhere strictly to facility policies
including nicotine-free environment compliance and influenza
vaccination mandates. Qualifications and Experience: - Licensed RN
with a minimum of 2 years in NICU nursing, specifically in Level IV
or surgical NICU settings. - Certification in Pediatric Advanced
Life Support (PALS) is required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program
(NRP) certification is preferred. - Ability to work night shifts
from 7 pm to 7 am on an every-other-week basis. - Flexibility to
work holiday shifts, notably around Christmas. - Commitment to
maintain a nicotine-free status and comply with all health
