Position: Medical Oncologist (Locum Tenens) Location: Beaufort, South Carolina Start Date: September 8, 2025 Schedule: 3 4 days per week 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 1-hour unpaid lunch Duration: Ongoing coverage until a permanent hire is made Credentialing: Temporary privileges available for a September start (must have a clear background) We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a well-established facility in Beaufort, South Carolina . This is an urgent need beginning in September 2025 , with ongoing coverage required until a permanent physician is hired. The physician will work 3 4 days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch), seeing 7 15 patients per day . This is a general medical oncology position in a clinic setting , supported by one experienced APP . The APP functions independently, so no supervision is required. There is no call , no weekends , and no trauma responsibilities , making this an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a work-life balanced schedule in a beautiful coastal town.
