East Georgia Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join a busy, single-specialty group. New grads are welcome to apply. This private practice group is expanding into a new 13,000 sq. ft. building, with an expected completion and move-in date of summer 2024. Highlights include: Only one other solo ENT in the area Join one extender, a Physician Assistant will be available to the incoming physician Interest in Otology and Endocrinology is a plus Call is 10 days per month, including one weekend Partnership track opportunity Private practice located 3 miles from the hospital The area is projected to grow by 50% in the next two years due to new manufacturing facilities under construction and the university expansion. The hospital staff includes 9 OBGYNs, 21 PCPs, and 3 General Surgeons, with a robust hospitalist program featuring 10 hospitalists (8 day-timers and 2 nocturnists). Statesboro, the largest city in Bulloch County (service area 225,000) in southeast Georgia, is home to Georgia Southern University with an enrollment of 25,000, making it the third largest university in the state.
