The SRT RN has the authority, responsibility, and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care using the nursing process. The SRT RN, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, applies competent clinical knowledge and skills to achieve quality care outcomes. Nurses must be willing to work at all Central Kentucky LifePoint facilities and accept regular rotational assignments as determined by the Senior SRT Program Director. The SRT RN must agree to be available to work 72 hours in a bi-weekly pay period including but not limited to: day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts and will follow the scheduling requirements of the Central Kentucky LifePoint facility assigned.
