We are seeking an experienced Telemetry RN to join a newly
established 10-bed unit for regional admissions. The nurse will
provide direct care to patients requiring continuous cardiac
monitoring in a fast-paced acute care environment. Roles and
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to
medical-surgical/telemetry patients Monitor, interpret, and respond
to cardiac rhythms Administer and titrate medications such as
Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams and communicate with physicians Supervise
and coordinate care with nurse aides and monitor technicians
Document all care activities using an electronic charting system
Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry/Med-Surg
nursing experience Must have successfully completed at least 1
travel contract Proficient in interpreting cardiac rhythms
Experience working in hospitals of similar size and acuity
Comfortable using BiPap, High Flow NC, and other respiratory
