Job Specifics: We are looking for a full-time nurse to do 1:1 staffing, in-home care, for a case located near the Mount Pleasant, SC area. Dayshift hours are Mon-Thurs, 8p-1a for a total of 20 hours/week. Expected position start date is within one week of interviewing and accepting this position, with Onboarding Bonus and Referral Bonus eligible!Job Description: Experience the OneWell way! This position is for an in-home care nurse, with a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio. - -Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician's instructionsProvide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activitiesMonitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulseAdminister prescribed medications and maintain accurate recordsCheck for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate careEducate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniquesCollaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient's healthcare planProvide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-beingKnowledge and Experience:Understanding of nursing principles and practicesCompassion and empathy for patients and their familiesAbility to think critically and solve problems effectivelyExcellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksStrong time management and organization skillsPeg Tube/G-Tube Experience (Required)Trach/Vent experience (Case-Dependent)Requirements:CPR/BLS Certified (Required)Valid In-State Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (Required)For More Information:Please feel free to email southcarolina@onewell.org, with any questions or follow-up questions you may haveJoin OneWell and become part of a team committed to delivering exceptional one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of our patients' homes.
