Manager Are you passionate about managing properties and providing

looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join
our team. Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year Benefits: Health Dental,
Vision, 401k, 401k match, PTO, Job Responsibilities: Oversee the
daily operations of a stabilized leading property in the city
Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a
timely manner Manage tenant relations, build good relationships,
and address any concerns or issues that arise Develop and implement
property management policies and procedures Coordinate move-ins and
move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals Qualifications:
Must have a Project Manager license in SC 3 years of experience in
property management Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of
fair housing laws and regulations Ability to work independently and
