Job Description:

Saltwater Cowboys is looking for a top-notch Beverage and Restaurant Manager to lead one of the busiest bars in South Carolina. With an experienced bar team and good systems in place, the Beverage Manager will continue with the already successful structure in place by the leadership team. Some duties include hiring, ordering, scheduling, upkeep of all four bars in the restaurant, conflict resolution and employee engagement and morale. You must have at least 2 years of restaurant experience. Saltwater Cowboys prides themselves in an excellent management compensation program with a competitive salary, medical benefits which include health, dental, life and vision. You will also receive PTO and a very generous bonus structure. To reach your bonus potential, the hiring candidate must be able to keep all bar and labor cost down and help the large management team reach its monthly goals. Base salary starts at $60K, depending on experience. If bonuses are met, compensation will reach more than $70K to start. JB.0.00.LN
