As an Adobe intern, you'll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you'll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you'll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.OVERVIEW OF ADOBE'S STUDENT ATHLETE MICRO-INTERNSHIPAdobe's Social Media Team manages more than 100 accounts across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. And on those channels, thousands of people mention, tag, or leave comments about Adobe every day, creating a huge opportunity to engage and support our followers and customers. Community management is a critical part of any social media program, and this internship will allow you to flex your social media, writing, and problem-solving skills as you engage with Adobe's social audiences.WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor social media trends and conversations, identifying opportunities for Adobe to participate in the conversation.
• Monitor and respond to community questions and comments on Adobe social media channels.
• Escalate issues to customer support team and other internal stakeholders as appropriate..
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agency to customize responses to common questions using Adobe voice and tone guidelines.
• Assist with monthly measurement and reporting.
• Identify areas for process improvements using social media monitoring tools and internal communication platforms.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2023 - December 2025
  • Interest in and experience with common social media platforms.
