$18-$21 based on a position, availability and experience.

Job Description

A Team director / manager begins to take on leadership positions within the store. Team leads are expected to demonstrate strong character and integrity beyond just the functional skill of a team member. Team leads can handle guest complaints, alleviate pressure from Person in Charge (PIC's) are able to lead a small group of people (Ex. drive through captain or hospitality team). Team leads act as role models for new hires.

Skill Requirements

Additional requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Ability to delegate, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and as a team, stay calm under pressure, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, compile and analyze data, make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.

Additional Information

Full Time Team Captains after the 90 days provisional period will be eligible for the company's health and retirement benefits and performance-based bonuses.
