COMPANY OVERVIEWRenfroe/Verde Outdoor Media is looking for a
Sales Manager who will lead a current team of sales professionals
with over 400 advertising faces both digital and static. This role
will be based out of our Charleston, SC office and includes time in
our Savannah, GA office. Renfroe/Verde Outdoor Media, LLC is an
out-of-home (OOH) media company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and
a growing addition to the family of companies owned by Ernest
Garcia II, founder of DriveTime. Since May of 2000, Renfroe has
built a reputation on the foundation of integrity and character in
the coastal markets of Georgia and South Carolina, providing
excellent and innovative advertising services by implementing
unique strategies to market our customers products and services
thus elevating their company above the competition. In 2021 the
partnership of Verde/Renfroe Outdoor was established. Boasting a
dedicated team of real estate, advertising, marketing, financial
and legal professionals, Renfroe/Verde Outdoor is committed to
providing effective outdoor media solutions and exceptional
customer service to OOH advertisers and operators. POSITION
OVERVIEW As Sales Manager you'll work closely with Account
Executives to drive revenue at the local and national level, as
well as manage and grow additional accounts in the market and
- Implements targeted, innovative, customer centric, business
focused initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging
appropriate resources and partnering with stakeholders.
- Leads the strategic development of market programs and digital
strategies and use sales to drive revenues and achieve business
- Cultivates market insights that navigate new opportunities
while helping to grow share with the existing base of
- Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually
while reporting, revenue projections, and forecasts.
- Coach and lead the sales team with a focus on personal
development and professional growth opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability
to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a
wide variety of audiences including management.
- Passionate and goal-oriented. We are looking for someone that
is enthusiastic about their work and is passionate about not only
meeting their goals but exceeding them.
- Entrepreneurial spirit. An attitude and approach to thinking
that actively seeks out change. You'll need a mindset that embraces

- Operate autonomously. We need an individual that is
self-motivated to get the work done and get the work done well.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years sales experience, in outdoor advertising
- Media sales experience
- Strong business acumen with strong analytical, decision making,
