Job Description Job Description Summary of Position: The purpose
of this position is to manage multiple functions of building
operations and maintenance for the Hyundai Transys Savannah
facility, Corporate: Adheres to the HTGSS policies and procedures

Environmental ISO 14001-2015 and Health and Safety ISO 45001-2018
policies and procedures Treats all HTGSS team members with respect
and professional courtesy Always strives to maintain a positive
work environment Manages the department budget efficiently as per
approved annual budget Performs additional assignments / duties as
assigned EHS: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Complies
with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a
safe, clean working environment Meets company safety goals Duties
and Responsibilities: Develops and maintains positive relationships
with clients. Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and
maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and
contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and
janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are
completed. Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
Coordinates and manages moves, add and change activities. Obtains
and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services,
and labor for projects. Manages capital projects. Prepares capital
project and operating budget and variance reports. Manages vendor
relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing
procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost

Requirements: Confidentiality: Adheres to the upmost

Position Requirements and Qualifications Must have 5-10 years’
experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience at an
Automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier is preferred Technical/
Computer Skills: Knowledgeable of applicable building codes, zoning
codes and approval process Licensure in Civil Engineering preferred
but not required Experienced in managing projects from beginning to
end Working knowledge of current version of AutoCAD Must be
proficient with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, Teams) Experience with SAP is preferred This Position
