We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent CNC Manager to join our manufacturing industry team. As a CNC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the CNC Machining operations, ensuring that all production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Responsibilities: Manage the CNC Machining operations, ensuring that all production targets are met on time and within budget. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the CNC Machining operations. Ensure that all CNC machines are properly maintained and serviced, and that all necessary repairs are carried out promptly. Oversee the training and development of CNC Machinists, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to operate the machines effectively. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards. Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to, and that all employees are aware of their responsibilities in this regard. Liaise with other departments, such as production planning and engineering, to ensure that all production targets are met. Job Details Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Manager in a manufacturing industry setting. Strong knowledge of CNC Machining, including cnc lathe programming, manual lathe, manual mill, and cnc machine operations. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. Good knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
