Developmentally Appropriate Instructional Skills Understands early childhood milestones and uses engaging, hands-on methods to build foundational skills in literacy, math, and problem-solving, preparing students for kindergarten success. Collaborative and Reflective Approach Works well with families, colleagues, and school leadership, and is open to feedback and continuous learning to support each childs growth and classroom community.
