ABM, a leader in comprehensive facility solutions, is seeking a Plant Operations Lead to oversee and enhance operations within our facilities division. This pivotal role involves directing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our physical plants, ensuring that all services are delivered according to ABM’s standards of excellence and efficiency. The ideal candidate will streamline operations to ensure safety, optimize staff performance, and guarantee client satisfaction across various industries we serve in the US. Oversee daily plant operations and maintenance tasks. Ensure all facility operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Manage, train, and guide maintenance staff. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance audits. Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and resource allocation. Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements. Prepare and manage the facility operations budget. Address client concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in facility management software and technologies In-depth knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred Certification in HVAC, electrical, or other relevant fields is advantageous
