We are a 3 doctor practice in Mt. Pleasant owned by Dr. Brian King and we are looking to add another member to our front desk team! Dr. King believes in creating a positive and fun culture by providing rewards and incentives for excellent customer service and teamwork. We are a very funky/colorful clinic and Dr. King's goal is for everyone that comes in to feel immediately at ease. He does not want your typical cold and sterile hospital environment. We are not a high turnover clinic. Most of our staff has been here over 4yrs and upwards of over 20yrs and our clients routinely show us their appreciation for our longevity! We also have a wildlife license so we treat orphaned and injured wildlife. You never know what will come through the door! We have seen everything from injured pelicans to orphaned squirrels to an injured Patagonian Cavy (escaped from a petting zoo)! We are also proud to say that we have won Best Of Mt Pleasant multiple times!Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering phonesScheduling appointmentsGreeting clientsChecking clients inInvoicing/taking paymentsAnswering basic pet questionsExplaining productsExplaining vaccine protocolBalancing the cash drawerMust be able to work rotating SaturdaysWHAT WE OFFER:Full benefits start after a 90 day probationary period for full time employees.Health insurance - We start off paying 50% then pay increasing percentage based on longevityVision/dental401K - We match up to 3%AMAZING vacation accrual!
