Job Description:
Job available: Full-time Staff Accountant. Must be local to
Charleston area. Looking for an ideal candidate to join our
fast-paced, dynamic company. Must be comfortable taking
initiative--and working with multiple entities.5 years commercial
real estate experience.--YARDI accounting software experience
preferredResponsibilities* Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash
flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company* Provide
regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)* Monitor
accounts payable and receivable* Ensure timely processing of
payrollQualifications* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related
field* 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate* Proficient
Accounting software, Microsoft Office suite, QuickBooks* Strong
organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
