Job Description:

Lifestyle Bartender at our vibrant hotel bar venues. Responsible
for delivering personalized service and a memorable beverage
experience, our Lifestyle Bartenders play a crucial role in
showcasing our commitment to innovative service and quality
hospitality. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to
work in a bustling environment where each day brings new challenges
and opportunities to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails according to Marriott's high
standards and recipes. Engage with guests to create a friendly,
inviting atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the
bar area. Manage inventory of beverages and bar supplies, placing
orders or requisitions as needed. Adhere to all local and
international regulations concerning alcohol service and safety.
Assist in creating new beverage recipes and menu items. Participate
in training and development sessions to improve skills and deliver
exceptional service. Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and
spirits Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
multitask and handle a high-volume bar setting Creative thinking
and presentation skills Basic arithmetic and computer skills for
inventory and cash handling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from a
recognized bartending school Food Safety certification (e.g.,
ServSafe)
