Drive innovation and execution in credit and related activities
Provide leadership for the independent credit function and ensure
team capabilities
Chair the Credit Risk Management Committee and provide management
reporting on credit performance
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of credit expertise in diverse lending backgrounds
Understanding of credit operations across the credit lifecycle
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to influence change
Gravitas to represent management with the Board of Directors and
regulatory bodies
Owner's mentality and enthusiasm for joining a growth-stage
start-up
